Chicagoland Clinic Hires Financial Leader

Dr. Ronald Wuest, M.D., Founder and Medical Director of the Institute for Personal Development, retained DG&A to help them find a Controller to support their Chicagoland clinics. In less than 40 days, after doing an extensive and exhaustive search, DG&A recruited Carla Gerald. Carla had been the Finance Manager for LabCorp for nine years and the Accounting Manager for Litholink Corporation for over four years. She is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

The Institute for Personal Development (IPD) has become one of the most reputable, outpatient, mental health clinics in the Midwestern United States.  They provide counseling, psychotherapy and advanced psychiatric and neuro-psychiatric evaluations and treatments. IPD’s multidisciplinary team of highly experienced clinicians helps individuals facing mental health, emotional, alcohol and substance use problems. Because they focus on state of the art care, the Institute for Personal Development has grown to one of the largest, private, outpatient, mental health and emotional wellness clinics in the country.

We wish Carla nothing but success going forward knowing she will do an outstanding job in providing leadership and coordination of the company’s financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Her work will advance IPD’s continuous expansion and organization of mental health care throughout the United States.
