One Hope United retained David Gomez & Associates as an executive search partner to place their Chief Human Resources Officer.

Since its inception, One Hope United’s purpose has been to care for children and to ensure they grow up in safely in loving environments. Today, OHU’s team of over 800 talented professionals serve thousands of children and families each year in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Florida.

The Chief Human Resources Officer provides leadership and direction to the HR team in the performance of duties, establishing work priorities, and achieving objectives.

Cristina Villazan StoutIn less than 60 days, David Gomez, President & CEO recruited Cristina Villazan Stout. Cristina brings 20+ years of Human Resources expertise and is a proven leader in this industry. Cristina was with Comcast Cable in South Florida for several years where she held several titles such as Senior Director of Human Resources as well as Director of Human Resources. Earlier in Cristina’s career she was at ComEd for five years where she was a Senior Human Resources Consultant / Generalist. Cristina received her education from DePaul University and carries certifications in Professional Human Resources, “People Solve” from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Development Dimensions International, and Blessing White Managing Personal Growth.
